Shift Notes
Shift notes allow you to send specific notes to those colleagues who are in for the next shift. Instead of leaving paper notes by the till enter a shift note and when they clock in at the start of their shift they will see a note left for them.
You can add the same note to multiple people - each note will also get emailed to the people selected. A great way to inform staff of any problems or ordering issues that they need to know about - or to just wish them a good shift!
Tasks
Add tasks and assign them to staff for specific objectives that you have. For instance you might want a particular team member to take some photos for social media, or to book themselves in for a training course etc. Task items will come up in their dashboard and you can keep track of the status of each task as required.
Documents
Sharing documents with staff has never been easier, whether its new menus, product information or Health & Safety briefings you can upload so all staff can see them. You can also upload documents that you might want only yourself as the account holder to see or just you and your manager for instance.
